Training to help teams connect, feel resourced, and stop burning out.

For go-to-market teams and the leaders who support them.

To create lasting culture change I partner with Platfform, in my opinion one of the country's most innovative mental health charities, to deliver training and workshops that create real impact, rather than a one-off awareness day.

Training

Sustainable Performance

Go-to-market teams need to hit their numbers, but the numbers are becoming increasingly difficult to hit. In 2024, Salesforce found that 67% of sales reps didn’t expect to hit quota and 84% missed it the year before. Leaders are in the difficult position of making sure they apply enough pressure to get the work done, but don’t push their best performers so hard they leave.

Our training focuses on helping teams address the factors that impact burnout, both in and out of work. We aim to create a culture where people feel safe enough to speak up early and learn what they can do to prevent burning out completely. We build bespoke programmes on burnout, stress and anxiety.

Connected Teams

Everyone talks about psychological safety, but no one talks about how hard it is to create. Without it, people keep quiet, even when they’re struggling. Slipping deals don’t get flagged, reps don’t ask for help and leaders can find themselves defending targets nobody fully believes in. When problems stay hidden, they become crises. Our training helps teams develop the skills to reflect, open up and say what’s actually going on, drawing on a relational approach to mental health and reflective practice skills to help teams speak up early.

Leading Under Pressure

Most leaders are never trained for the human side of the job. How to have honest conversations about performance without it becoming personal. How to lead without letting the number define you. How to spot a struggling rep before they hand in their notice or go off sick. Our training draws on Platfform’s Compassionate Leadership Training and Reflective Practice Skills to help leaders build the self-awareness, coaching skills and confidence to lead under pressure.

Why I partner with Platfform

Years of mental health experience

Psychologists, counsellors and workplace experts

All profits reinvested into the charity

Platfform brings a trauma-informed approach to mental health, working with organisations across the private, public and third sector to build empathy, understanding and connection. They work with people experiencing mental health challenges, and with communities who want a greater sense of connection and wellbeing where they live.

Platfform runs 170 projects and services across crisis prevention, employment and skills development, children and family support, and wellbeing, supporting over 17,500 people a year. This frontline depth is what sets them apart. In my opinion, their team includes some of the country’s most innovative clinical psychologists, and they apply lessons learned from running these projects on the ground.
